- after change type of ToastCloseButton, ReactToastifyToastContainer should be rendered in client side because ToastCloseButton is need to be sent as func but func to render client comp can not be serialize
- Added useLayoutEffect to sync saved and draft themes with customer data. - Added a key to ThemeButton for proper rendering.

As shown in the image, the title is Design, so it's the DesignSection.
